TYPE: team-building
AIM: This game encourages people to creativity and improves player’s ability to manage through different situations. Non-verbal communication can be powerful at any time. It becomes even more important by working in an inter-cultural or multi-cultural companies, or for those who don’t have the current knowledge of the required foreign language. It can be a great opportunity to see the usefulness and the power of such communication.
Material: Blindfold for each player
Time: 30min.
Game Description: This is a game that is very instructive and interesting for kids and adults as well! Children can play it in the nursery, and thus learn how to imitate the sound of different animals, meanwhile for adults the game represents pure fun! Through this game, we can learn how to express our feelings with a non-verbal communication.
Game description:
• In the Zoo each of the player willhave to find a pair in the middle of the noise of the other participants.
• Leader of the game will have to whisper in ear of every player the name of some animals and how they sound, for example: dog (wow-wow), cat (meow-meow). The same animal will be assigned to two players.
• The players cover their eyes with the blindfold and at the given sign of the leader they start sounding like animals as loud as possible.
• In the middle of shouting each player must recognize the other player that makes the same sound as he/she does. When they find each other, they can take off the blindfold, and they remain as a pair.
• Then the game leader tells the players to remember well the numbers that he/she will tell them. Behind every number there is a hidden action, for example: one (cuddle), two (hug), three (kiss on the cheek) and four (bow to each other), and those players who do not remember the hidden action behind the numbers must be punished by sniffing and rotating around each other.
• The game leader will call the animals and give a number to each of them, the players will have to remember the act under the certain number and demonstrate the action, which depends on the number that was given to them, to their pair.
• At the end of the game each couple must show to each other with the sound and movements of animals how they liked this game.

Reflection during the game participants was enjoying how they act like. They matched hard because of the noise but in finally they made it very well. In the end of the game due to debriefing. People found the game joyful and funny. They came up with a conclusion that they are learning while enjoying better than else.
